ABOUT ME

I'm a 20-something Canadian, who likes fashion, photography and make up. I love the Boston Red Sox, even though I know that doesn't make my grandma proud. Once in a while I indulge in a few too many tequila shots but I always make sure to take a few blurry pictures to help remember the night. I love to find new make up and beauty products to use. I spend way too much money online shopping and my closet is far too filled. I'm fuelled by skinny vanilla lattes and drive by wanderlust. 

I love my family and my best friends. I love watching basketball games with my dad and TV with my mom. I have a dream that one day I will own a house with my own library. I love the feel and smell of a new book, I just wish I had more time to read them and not just set them on my shelves. I love working with children and have done so for the last 8 years. If you give me red or bright pink lipstick with a good thickening mascara, I feel as though I can handle anything life throws my way. I feel most at peace when I am on the beach. After living on the east coast of Canada for twenty something years, I couldn't picture life without the ocean being a short drive away. I'm always up for an adventure but I love lazy days too. 

I spend far too much time in gym clothes (and not enough time at the gym). I am a social media junkie and I take pictures of everything. I am a not-so-secret rap music lover and I teach dance. If I could teach dance and wear yoga pants every day for the rest of my life, I would be a happy girl. I am way too proud of being a Starbucks Gold Card Member.  I seriously watch an embarrassingly high amount of reality TV. Driving around with the windows down, blasting music is one of my favourite things to do. I love trying new restaurants and cafes. I won a spelling bee when I was in grade three and I am still proud of it to this day. I take pride in how well I can spell and I get seriously upset when I misspell a word. I constantly quote One Tree Hill and Gossip Girl.

I am just a girl trying to find her place in this world. We should be friends. :) XO
